HOW TO GET INVOLVED
STEP 1: Register as a company or an individual
Registration is FREE. Please register you name and company name to get started. If you are registering as an individual we will allocate you to a team for the challenge.
There is a minimum team registration of 4. Discounts available for teams for 5 or more people or multiple team entries.

Prices - €59 per person / €49 per person ( teams of 4 + )
STEP 2: Receive your registration guide and get ready to go!
Once you receive your registration guide you can gather the troops. You can register as a company or an individual. Payment for the corporate fitness challenge can be paid online or via an invoice.
STEP 3: Become an office hero
We will provide you with nutrition and exercise guidance to set you up for success. The parkHIIT corporate fitness challenge is the perfect way to kick start your fitness and help you drop unwanted body fat, sharpen the mind, give you a better nights sleep and make you more productive at work. Become the office hero you were born to be.
The Classes: The classes will start with a 5 minute warm up, there will be approximately 30 minutes of bodyweight and cardio exercise followed by a yoga style stretch and cool down. Classes start at 6:30 pm and finish at 7:15. You will also get a bonus class which added to your account and you can attend any class on the 3XB Timetable.
The Location: The parkHIIT corporate challenge is based at 3XB Training, in the grounds of Wanderers Football Club, 65A, Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
Facilities: Toilets, dressing rooms, showers and parking available.
Transport: 3XB Training is located near Sandymount and Sydney Parade Dart Station and close to the number 4 and 7 bus stop.
