What is a HIIT class?

A HIIT class is a high intensity interval training class. An exercise is given to you by a trainer and you give that exercise you all for a short period of rime. High intensity exercises are great for burning calories. If you are looking for a HIIT class in South Dublin then this could be the one for you. 

What should I expect at a HIIT class?

Every class at Bondi Beach Bodies is 45 minutes long. Except for the class on Saturday, we call that the beast and it's a one hour class helping you get your weekend off to the right start. Classes always start with a dynamic warm up to get you ready for exercise. We move to body to get you warm. Classes will be a series of stations, strength and cardio. Sometimes you will work along, sometimes you will work in a group.  At the end of each class you will cool down with a stretch. 

Why should I do a HIIT class?

Most clients at Bondi Beach Bodies HIIT classes want to burn fat. HIIT classes are a great way to burn calories. If you couple HIIT classes with a good diet you will be burning fat in no time. It's also a great way to build muscle and look HOT when you strip away the fat.

What should I bring to a HIIT class?

Hat, scarf, gloves, boots ( if you have them ) runners, yoga mat are all advised. Layer up in winter and strip down as you get warmer.
