Use Shape My Plan to inspire your meal planning that fits with your calorie goals

General Information: What to bring to class
We recommend bringing water, a towel and an optional extra is a yoga mat. We train outdoors 99% of the time outdoor gear is recommended. Some clients like to wear gloves for training too.
